Qualifire is a passive fire protection company based in Scotland. Our founding principles were to create a company that cares deeply about the work it does, but also build an unrivalled reputation for workmanship, technical excellence and communication.
More partner than supplier
We know that quality means different things to different people. That's why we ask our customers what's important to them, then shape the way we work around it, whether that is a phased programme in an occupied building or a compliance file that has to satisfy an insurer.
Passive fire protection is one of the few trades where the work disappears behind linings and ceilings the moment it is finished. That is exactly why the record of it matters as much as the installation, and why we treat evidence as part of the deliverable rather than paperwork at the end.

Read the drawings properly
Our technical team checks specification against tested systems, flags gaps early and proposes compliant alternatives before anyone is on site.
Install with trained operatives
Third party certified installation under LPS 1531. Directly employed, supervised teams who work to the tested detail, not to a habit.
Hand over the evidence
Tagged, photographed and located records for every item installed, issued as a package you can put straight into the building file.
